Otava RF, based in Moorestown, New Jersey, is a fabless semiconductor company specializing in RF and millimeter-wave technologies.  Our mission is to provide cutting-edge radio frequency integrated solutions for emerging defense, 5G/6G, and satellite communication applications.  As a small and growing company, we concentrate on developing high-performance, wideband chips and system-on-chip (SoC) solutions.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative part-time or full-time intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will posses strong Python programming skills for data processing, automation, and machine learning, and some experience with circuit design.

Key Responsibilities:

• The role involves implementing AI/ML, data science, and software development solutions to enhance and automate RF circuit design

• Perform trade studies on AI/ML approaches for integrated circuit design

• Perform literature search on commercially available tools and technologies

• Implement proposed approach for design automation / optimization  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field

• Practical knowledge related to building and adapting algorithms for machine learning, multimodal sensing, and related areas

• Familiarity with crafting, prototyping, and evaluating interactive systems

• Proficient at Python for data processing and simulation automation

• Experience with ML libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, CoreFlow, and Sklearn

• Classwork or experience with Cadence Virtuoso tools

• Strong team player mindset, driven to overcome design challenges, learn and succeed
